About Crossroads Print Co.

Practical Solutions. Personal Service.

Crossroads Print Co. is a family-rooted business built around practical problem solving, dependable products, and personal service.

Our experience in the postage meter industry goes back many years, beginning with hands-on work in a family-run business selling printing supplies and reengineering retired postage machines. That experience provided an understanding not only of the products our customers depend on, but also of the challenges businesses face when equipment ages, manufacturers discontinue parts, and reliable replacements become harder to find.

Today, Crossroads Print Co. brings that industry experience together with backgrounds in healthcare, information technology, and ecommerce. That combination gives us a unique perspective built around attention to detail, technology, problem solving, and understanding the importance of finding solutions that simply work.

How 3D Printing Became Part of What We Do

Our involvement in 3D printing grew out of necessity.

As specialized and hard-to-find parts became increasingly difficult to source, we began using 3D printing and design to create practical replacements when traditional options were no longer available. Rather than accepting that a useful piece of equipment could no longer be supported because of one unavailable component, 3D printing gave us another way to approach the problem.

What began as a solution to our own sourcing challenges quickly grew into something more.

Customers began bringing us their own needs, ideas, replacement parts, and unique projects. Some of those custom solutions have since become products available on our website, and our portfolio of 3D-printed products continues to grow as new needs arise.

What We Do Today

Postage meter supplies remain at the core of Crossroads Print Co. We provide products including postage meter ink, tapes, labels, and sealing solutions for businesses that rely on their mailing equipment every day.

Alongside those products, our 3D printing capabilities allow us to take on projects that don't always have an off-the-shelf solution.

That might mean reproducing a difficult-to-find part, developing a practical improvement to an existing item, working from a customer's 3D model, or helping turn an idea into something tangible.

We don't believe every problem requires a complicated solution. Sometimes it simply takes the right combination of experience, technology, and willingness to look at the problem differently.
